Dimanche starts from a small-batch coffee roaster – Dimanche Artisan Roastery established in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, in 2018. The roastery focuses on meticulously roasted, flavourful coffee. After several years honing their roasting techniques, they opened their first boutique coffee shop in Wanchai, an area known for its vibrant and multicultural environment in Hong Kong. Due to the loyalty and trust of their customers, Dimanche has expanded its offerings to include coffee business consulting, tailor- made products, event service and workshops. This allows us to share valuable knowledge and experience with coffee enthusiasts and users. 

Although that, we still insisted on small-batch coffee roast. We believe there is a difference between small batch roasting and what the “big enterprises” are doing, and it's all about flavour and enthusiasm about coffee. This makes Dimanche Artisan Roastery a uniquely original experience.  When you sip our coffee, you are tasting everything the bean is able to express, and that flavour is from small batch roasting. It might be very personal to us, which is also the reason why we could provide more customise services according to the different requirement. Every pack we sell goes with our passion and heart on it.
